All drivers will be contacted by TFL and given a date for their examination. Assessment is based on the PHV Drivers handbook only,
TFL are using two separate assessments:
1. SERU assessment
2. Speaking and listening assessment.
The speaking and listening assessment will also apply from 1 October 2021 and consist of a 15-20 minute conversation that will take place at Tfl's offices on the same day of the SERU assessment.
The SERU assessment will be undertaken at TFL assessment centre only and currently it is Baker Street or West Kensington and will be delivered by Tfl staff.
